Your Role
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will develop customer projects and
internal products in areas such as:
- Machine Design
- Automation & Controls
- Product Development
- Build-to-print/Fabrication
You will design layouts to meet customer specifications, test products,
and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance. This role demands
attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive approach to addressing
customer needs
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Analysis: Apply CFD and FEA tools to enhance fluid flow, performance, and structural integrity in components and systems.
- System Development: Design mechanical systems, source components, and design “Measurement Electronics” modules, including sensors, PCBs, and enclosures.
- Prototyping and Testing: Rapidly prototype and test components, iterating designs to meet functional and energy efficiency requirements.
- Integration and Interfaces: Develop interfaces between mechanical systems and control systems (e.g., microcontrollers, SCADA/PLC).
- Technical Collaboration: Interpret specifications, advise stakeholders on design modifications, and contribute to Statements of Work during the sales process.
- Team Support and Innovation: Mentor team members, integrate new technologies, and drive innovative problem-solving.
- Duties and responsibilities are client-focused and may evolve to meet changing needs and priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
- MS Degree (not required but a plus)
- Proficiency in 3D CAD, including parametric modeling, assembly development, and simulation using SolidWorks.
- Proven experience with FEA, CFD, and engineering tools including ANSYS and SolidWorks Simulation
- Familiarity with mathematical and analysis tools like MATLAB, Excel, or LabView.
- Strong understanding of mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and materials science
- This position requires full-time, on-site work to support team collaboration.

Your Role
We are looking for a Part-Time Intern to help us manage the company's growing demands. The ideal candidate will work closely with our full-time engineers to create, draft, and design product layouts and schemes using customer specifications and recommendations. This individual will test products and adjust where necessary. We are specifically looking for someone who pays attention to detail, is responsive, and is willing to help with the following responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assembly, fulfillment, inventory control, and testing of BravoWalks.
- Clean, assemble, and maintain equipment.
- Design mechanical systems, source components, create tests, GD&T, etc.
- Define, realize, manage, and maintain various “Measurement Electronics” concepts and modules for new and existing products.
- Select sensors, (programmable) printed circuit board assemblies, cabling, connection panels, modules, and enclosures.
- Design, fabricate, assemble, test, and deploy complex electro-mechanical subsystems based on high-level functional requirements.
- Rapidly prototype mechanical components to quickly iterate on design ideas in close collaboration with a team of engineers and designers.
- Design the interfaces between various mechanical systems, equipment, and controls such as microcontrollers and SCADA/PLC systems.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and standards and provide advice to clients and stakeholders on design modifications to ensure operational availability of equipment.
- Identify, invent, and apply new technologies in innovative ways to support the product specifications and solve problems.
