Your Role
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will develop customer projects and
internal products in areas such as:
- Machine Design
- Automation & Controls
- Product Development
- Build-to-print/Fabrication
You will design layouts to meet customer specifications, test products,
and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance. This role demands

Key Responsibilities
- Design and Analysis: Apply CFD and FEA tools to enhance fluid flow, performance, and structural integrity in components and systems.
- System Development: Design mechanical systems, source components, and design “Measurement Electronics” modules, including sensors, PCBs, and enclosures.
- Prototyping and Testing: Rapidly prototype and test components, iterating designs to meet functional and energy efficiency requirements.
- Integration and Interfaces: Develop interfaces between mechanical systems and control systems (e.g., microcontrollers, SCADA/PLC).
- Technical Collaboration: Interpret specifications, advise stakeholders on design modifications, and contribute to Statements of Work during the sales process.
- Team Support and Innovation: Mentor team members, integrate new technologies, and drive innovative problem-solving.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
- MS Degree (not required but a plus)
- Proficiency in 3D CAD, including parametric modeling, assembly development, and simulation using SolidWorks.
- Proven experience with FEA, CFD, and engineering tools including ANSYS and SolidWorks Simulation
- Familiarity with mathematical and analysis tools like MATLAB, Excel, or LabView.
- Strong understanding of mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and materials science

Your Role
We are looking for a Part-Time Intern to help us manage the company's growing demands. The ideal candidate will work closely with our full-time engineers to create, draft, and design product layouts and schemes using customer specifications and recommendations. This individual will test products and adjust where necessary. We are specifically looking for someone who pays attention to detail, is responsive, and is willing to help with the following responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assembly, fulfillment, inventory control, and testing of BravoWalks.
- Clean, assemble, and maintain equipment.
- Design mechanical systems, source components, create tests, GD&T, etc.
- Define, realize, manage, and maintain various “Measurement Electronics” concepts and modules for new and existing products.
- Select sensors, (programmable) printed circuit board assemblies, cabling, connection panels, modules, and enclosures.
- Design, fabricate, assemble, test, and deploy complex electro-mechanical subsystems based on high-level functional requirements.
- Rapidly prototype mechanical components to quickly iterate on design ideas in close collaboration with a team of engineers and designers.
- Design the interfaces between various mechanical systems, equipment, and controls such as microcontrollers and SCADA/PLC systems.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and standards and provide advice to clients and stakeholders on design modifications to ensure operational availability of equipment.

Your Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a key driver of new business for Bravo Team's Growth Team, responsible for generating qualified opportunities through high-volume cold calling supplemented by targeted email and LinkedIn outreach. This role is ideal for a motivated communicator who thrives on the phone and is energized by earning upside tied directly to results. You will be the first voice a prospective client hears from Bravo Team, introducing our engineering and manufacturing capabilities and setting the stage for our sales team to close new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients across Bravo Team's target industries.
- Research target companies and decision-makers before outreach to tailor each conversation to the prospect's role, industry, and likely engineering or manufacturing needs.
- Supplement calling with targeted email and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects across multiple channels.
- Deliver a clear, compelling introduction to Bravo Team's design, prototyping, and manufacturing capabilities.
- Qualify leads by understanding prospects' engineering, manufacturing, and product development needs.
- Book discovery and scoping calls for the Growth and Engineering team with qualified prospects.
- Brief the Growth and Engineering team before each booked meeting on the prospect's needs, background, and key talking points so they are prepared.
- Log all call activity, outcomes, and prospect details accurately and consistently in the CRM.
- Follow up with warm leads and previously contacted prospects to keep opportunities moving through the pipeline.
- Work from and help refine target account and contact lists in partnership with the Growth Team.
- Meet or exceed weekly call volume and qualified-meeting targets.
- Incorporate feedback from the sales team to continuously sharpen calling scripts and objection handling.
Requirements
- Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, or outbound business development.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence.
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent in following up without being pushy.
- Self-starter who can manage their calling schedule and hit targets with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a CRM to track and log activity; prior HubSpot experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support prospect research, call preparation, and outreach, and open to learning new tools as our process evolves.
- High integrity and strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation; able to work onsite at our Cornelius, NC facility.
- Familiarity with B2B sales, manufacturing, or engineering services is a plus but not required.
Compensation
This is a full-time, onsite position paid hourly, with commission opportunities on top of base pay for qualified meetings booked and/or closed business generated. Hourly rate and commission structure will be outlined separately. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a larger sales role as you demonstrate results.
