Bravo Team, a nationally recognized engineering design and fabrication firm, today announced a leadership transition that positions the company for its next phase of growth. Founder and former CEO Joshua Tarbutton will elevate to the role of Chairman and Chief Innovator. Tom Ryan, who previously served as Chief Growth Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. 

Tarbutton founded Bravo Team with a bold vision and has led the company through a period of significant expansion and industry recognition, including being named a two-time Inc. 5000 winner, VET100, and Charlotte’s FAST50. In his new role as Chairman and Chief Innovator, he will focus on continuing to generate enterprise value, cultivating strategic relationships, and ensuring Bravo Team maintains its technical edge. This evolution reinforces the company’s culture of technical excellence and client-partner-first delivery.

As the company’s chief growth officer, he led Bravo Team’s evolution from high-growth startup to one of the fastest growing companies in Charlotte and top US engineering firms.
