Today, we’re proud to announce three directors who embody these principles and will guide our engineering organization into this next phase.

Three Leaders, One Vision

We’re excited to share that Daniel Watson, Jereme Gilbert, and Reid Wiemer have been promoted to director-level roles. Together, they represent the technical depth, operational excellence, and partnership approach that define Bravo Team 2.0.

These promotions reflect more than individual achievements. They represent our commitment to building an engineering organization that can tackle the most complex challenges our client-partners face while maintaining the precision and professionalism they expect from us.

Daniel Watson: Director of Engineering

Daniel brings a unique combination of military discipline from Special Operations Forces and over a decade of technical expertise in government contracting on wireless communications projects. What sets him apart is his natural ability to lead from within, combining strong electrical engineering skills with teaching experience. As Director of Engineering, Daniel will ensure quality work is executed through Leadership, Management, and Accountability. His electrical and embedded systems expertise complements our mechanical engineering leadership, creating a more comprehensive technical foundation for our client-partners.

Jereme Gilbert: Director of Engineering

With 15+ years of experience leading mechanical engineering projects across medical devices, consumer electronics, and automation systems, Jereme brings proven product development expertise. His specialties span electro-mechanical design, injection molding, systems integration, and design for manufacturing. He’s helped multiple businesses develop and deliver their first product to market, navigating cost constraints and certification requirements. This experience is exactly what client-partners need when pushing into breakthrough innovation territory.

Reid Wiemer: Director of Project Engineering

Reid brings deep expertise in project management, design for manufacturing, and composites industry experience. As Director of Project Engineering, Reid will ensure each project has clear milestones, improving transparency with our client-partners throughout every engagement. His hands-on fabrication knowledge grounds his project planning in manufacturing reality, allowing him to set realistic timelines and deliverables. This ensures our client-partners always know where their projects stand and can trust we’re delivering on our commitments.
